Ordering with Tweeterhead:
All items ordered at tweeterhead.com are pre-orders. All shipping dates are subject to change due to longer production times, customs clearances, etc. We will keep you updated on changing timelines via the email you provided when you purchased your order.
We may be able to offer a wait list position if an item is sold out. Please contact us if you are interested in being placed on a wait list.
Tweeterhead exclusives will be released two weeks before any regular editions go on sale. You will have 6 weeks to purchase the exclusive and then it will no longer be available for purchase. Tweeterhead Exclusives will ONLY be available at Tweeterhead.com.
Paying for Your Order:
Paying in Full:
If you pay for your order in full when you first pre-order it you will receive free shipping. And the amount paid will reflect a $25 dollar discount from the SRP.
All pre-orders will be charged a NRD $50 deposit. If an item is delayed for more that 90 days of it’s anticipated arrival, you may opt to have this refunded or applied to any item on our site.
All Orders will be split into 10 payments (after initial deposit) to be charged monthly from the day of ordering. Final payment will be required upon notification that the item will be arriving in our warehouse.
All U.S. Orders will include free shipping. International orders will be shipped via DHL and the price will be reflected at the time of checkout.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once an order has shipped.
Cancelling An Order:
We understand circumstances may lead to the need to cancel an order with us. You may cancel an order at any time, however all cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee. Pre-orders are not excluded from the cancellation fee.
If do not wish to pay the cancellation fee, we can transfer the funds from one purchase to another balance owed on your account if applicable.
30 Day Exchange/Refund Policy:
All returns and exchanges will be subject to the 30 Day exchange policy. We here at Tweeterhead would like all our direct customers to be happy with their purchase. Please inspect your item upon delivery to check for any damage during shipping or manufacture defects. We have limited access for replacements.
Exchanging Damaged Items:
Items that arrive with damage or manufacturing defects can be returned for a full refund, which includes all shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to notify us of any damages or problems or you forfeit your right to a full refund or exchange. Email pictures of the damage or defect and we will check if a replacement is available for you. If an exchange isn’t possible, you can return the item back to us for a full refund.
DIDN’T LIKE IT?
If you are not satisfied with your statue, contact us within 30 days of delivery letting us know you would like to return your piece. You can return an item if you did not like it for a refund minus a 50% restocking fee. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.We will email you a label to send back the item. Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed.
Need a Replacement Part?
In most cases we can provide replacement parts for a small damaged part on at item. Please inform us within 30 days of delivery of your item so we can request this from the factory. Replacement items may take up to 12 weeks to be made and shipped out. Please provide photos in your email to us so we can replace the correct part.
All items must be sent back in original packaging and include all parts and accessories. If an item is sent back missing parts or damaged due to packaging incorrectly a fee may be assessed on your refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the graphic box during shipping. We may have an extra but can not guarantee it.
Please be patient in processing your refund. We will always try to be as quick as possible to process your refund, but this may take up to 30 days.
We reserve the right to close a customer account for an excessive amount of returns not due to manufacturer damage or damage in shipping.
Products Purchased Directly From Another Vendor:
If you purchased a Tweeterhead product from another vendor and have problems with your item, please contact that vendor directly. While we want to make sure all our customers are happy, we can only guarantee refunds and replacements parts for customers who buy directly from us.
